| Littler is on the downward spiral??? He's only played 150+ conssecutive games That is both incredible and unheard of these days. i have given him as much stick as the next man over the years but also had a pint with him and he is a decent enough lad and he will give us 110% either in centre or back row.

| Littlers record is unbelievable and one which you dont get in Super League by being average.
He would certainly add to our current squad and would go as far to say next season.
Whether he signs remains to be seen as he is currently inhis testimonial season at Salford but when that ends I am unsure.
Bibey - would have him back in a flash.
Paul I thought at first (as stated somewhere before) we could do better but if as reported in the Sun he is coming to be an amassador for the club whilst being signed up as a player then whatever we pay him he will be worth his weight in gold.
Duffy, no thanks
Anyway, lets wait and see which rumours turn into reality.
Mini9's sources are dodgy to say the least

| Well according to our Dave Duffs was playing out of his skin last night (again) until he had to leave the field due to another facial injury (he was playing in headgear and put his hand up to play when Smiffy withdrew because he is getting married) I'd have him back in a shot.

| Well my view is this..............he took a lot of flack from some of our fans in our SL debacle of a season. It,s the same sort of flack Watson gets. Neither is deserved look at the players around em.
Duffy likes a bag of chips and a pint. I like 2 bags of chips and a few pints.
He is well up to the league we might be in next season.

| Quote: -VIKINGMAN- "Littler and Paul are poor signings IMO, both at the very end of there respective careers and while Robbie Paul may prove decent off the field i dont think you will see much from him on it. Duffy is a smart player and would be a decent signing. Bibey likewise would be decent at this level.
So 2 from 4 for me.'"
Yes, neither is a youngster, yet they are both putting in the appearances in SL, which suggests that they may be able to hack it in the Championship. Has Duffs been figuring much at loose forward for you? (PR was ruefully pointing out that 'Fax had about four pivots, while we only had one, and Duffs may be an astute signing there)

| Earlier in the season, I thought Duffy looked awful and very unfit. In the past couple of months, however, he has been in great form. Last night against Halifax and in the NRC final, he has probably been the best player on the pitch.

Yep, Littler is having his testamonial season this year.
Should really have been last year, but Paul Highton was granted a testamonial instead as it was his final season with us.
Was asked last night about a move to Leigh - he apparently said he is playing as well as he can now to ensure that he is retained at Salford next year. When asked whether he'd go to Leigh if Salford didn't retain him he apparently shrugged and smiled.

i thought people bought season tickets to support their team?
isnt that what a supporter does? supports their team through thick and thin or should they when times get hard go looking for another more successful team to support?
