You have a completely different spine this year to the last two- 1,6,7 and 9 I would say are weaker than they were your last season in the championship. Not necessarily poorer players, but not as committed to Leigh as a club. Your coaches changing the entire spine in one go was poor IMO. Ridyard going this year was a very poor decision. Reynolds hasn’t been the player the coaches want him to be. It’s going to take a while for those guys to click.

If you manage to see the last 10 minutes of that match,you'll find it hard to distinguish who is PT or FT. The adrenaline is pumping through the Barow squad and Leigh literally stand and watch it. No one on that park can fire them up and the same can be said about the sidelines.

Nevermind sitting in the stands dictating play over a mic. Get in that dug out and sort it out,so the players can see you and hear you.

Very noticeable this season (and last when Higham wasn't playing) that there doesn't appear to be a natural leader on the pitch, With huge respect to Harrison Hansen, who is an awesome player, he does't seem to be a leader. We desperately seek inspiration, both on and off the pitch, at the moment.
