| Hello centurions. One of your assumptions about the dragons team may not be true. Yaha is fit. This means,i hope, that we can drop Duport who is the worst player in superleague. It also means that Inu,who refuses to pass to Duport would pass like a proper centre. If Duport is picked you will certainly win.If not we have a fair chance

| Quote: The Watcher "The Watcher would leave Higham out for what is going to be a very tight affair. The Watcher believes the amount of penalties Higham gives away around the ruck area could prove crucial to the result of this game. The Watcher would like to wish all the players selected for the match the best of luck & would ask them to try & cut out all the silly penalties we seem to give away at important periods of big fixtures.'"
Higham in the 19 along with Langi.

| McNally dropped.
Hampshire in.
If anyone underestimates what a luxury McNally is under a high ball watch some footage of Tierney.

| Quote: Centurino "I'd like Hampshire to get a game and also be given a good run next year -- if still with us. Earlier in the year I thought he played a bit too individually and a bit frentic for Leigh's style of play from 2016. However his read of the try against Wigan showed his class, and he has great energy. I think with the right guidance and a bit of time, he can give the Leigh fans some really good moments -- if he's happy to play fullback or wing.
With regards McNally, I didn't think he'd step up as much as he has this year and he really seems to be enjoying the collisions of SL now. Another one for the most improved list for sure and great pair of hands when on the attack. Either way exciting prospect for a rollercoaster game.'"
My feelings on Ryan Hampshire are well know on here and, he hasn't been given enough chances to fully cement a place in the team. I still believe he is an halfback and given an opportunity, and time, would flourish in the role of halfback.
Do I think Hampshire should be fullback on Saturday before Gregg ? no I do not! Gregg has done enough to claim that position and his handling is second to none. Some people question Greggs bravery however, he has had some terrible clatterings and has come back from two recent serious injuries and is currently getting back to his best also, he plays with a passion and great desire to win and, those are the characteristics we will require on Saturday!

| The Watcher has some sympathy for McNally, he has played well in most of his appearances for us this season, he never moans, he doesn't have any off field disciplinary problems, he doesn't go off sulking when dropped & he always gives 100%. The Watcher believes that if we had a few more like McNally we wouldn't be in the position we are at the moment.

| A big call to leave McNally out at this stage.
I just hope that we're not taking one fitness risk too many with Higham, Brown, Langi and Paterson.

| Didn't McNally have two cracking (offensively) games against Catalans this year?
Surely Jukes and Cunningham (referencing coaching comments in his recent video), are going all out to win this game opposed to focusing on defence and not losing it.

Hence the anxiety element that could see us completely capitulate and lose the game.
This will be Catalans second MPG in a week, so they will be most grateful for a second chance.
I think picking Higham is a big risk. His distribution from Dummy Half is second to none but Pelissier would have been well up for this game and I really feel for him.
Vea has improved as the season has gone on, so along with MacNally MUST be injured.
Im looking for a big game from Sam Hopkins. Catalans struggle with him every time he takes the ball in.
If Langi and Brown are fit, happy days. They would be the Wing / Centre partnership for me who could cause Catalans a hell of a lot of problems.
Lets hope we play without nerves (as per Hudds last year) and win the game before Half time. With 8000 crazy Lobbygobblers cheering them off, a defeat would be absolutely devastating for the Team and Town.

I'd suggest that he isn't a winger. I can understand why he has struggled.

| Now I am not the biggest fan in the world of McNally but what a couple of Richard Craniums we have in Jukes and Cunningham, McNally is a very expierienced full back, he is used to observing the other team attacking and can call defensive directions, he is superb under the high ball and knows all the plays in linking up in attack, and his one on one tackles have been good, on the other hand I cant say that i have been over impressed with Hampshire when he has played Full Back, if he had been any good when he played there earlier on in the season he would have made that position his own, so why on earth is he suddenly deemed good enough for this probably the one of the biggest games in Leigh's 122 year history, must be because he did OK at London, I am the wrong side of 60 but I could have done OK at London at Full Back. I cant see that he is including Hampshire in the squad over McNally to play Brown at Full Back. For the sake of all us fans, I hope the coaches gave got this right, although it fills me with dred even before a ball is kicked.
Also Pellisier must be as sick as a chip, as I said previously in an earlier thread I think we need energy out there on Saturday and I would have run with Hood and Pellisier.

Yes Cokey again I say lets hope they have got this right, I just cannot get it out of my head the dropping of Greg for Ryan (if that is the case) I can't see that there is no logical reason for it, i wish someone could point out to met any logic in it, can only be a coaches hunch that Ryan is going to have a blinder.
But, playing hunches has not been a strong point of Cunninghams, if it had been he would still be at Saints, and I would bet that throughout the course of this season there has not been one Leigh fan who has not scratched their head in wonderment at some of the selections Jukes has made when other's have been available.

| Gutted for Gregg
He's worked hard to get back and didn't deserve to be dropped
Hampshires best games have been on the wing
Then again I wouldn't be surprised to see Gregg play as we could have included brown and Langi etc to throw Catalans off their game plan
We've changed line ups quite a lot this season from the 19 named
