I don't post much, but that doesn't mean if you say anything negative about the team,coaches or owner you should be hung drawn and quartered for it by the "Rose Tinted Glasses Brigade". Personally I agree mostly with the original poster. We didn't create one decent break (if any) yesterday. We never use an inside pass or do anything creative to break the defensive line. Our forwards were dire and lacked any real firepower. The only time things look positive is when Micky Higham comes on for a period. If they all had the heart of Mickey then we would not be where we are now. Too many of our players are only playing for the paycheck. Regarding the coach, yes we need a change but its far too late to change him this season. If we want to survive in Superleague, then things have to change.

We played one man clueless rugby. Only Langi came out with any credit. HKR are only average but the better team won. That's twice they have beaten us this year at the LSV. A SL side should be putting 30 past HKR at home. We've signed SL and NRL players. You have to look at the coaching team now. They obviously aren't getting the best from the players. Hope they prove me wrong against Cats.

No he means passing the ball along the line hopefully arriving at a 16.5 stone centre,instead of constantly scooting for the line.

After HKR had comfortably dealt with the first 2/3 high kicks, we should have changed the kicking option. (It seemed to be low kicks that troubled Featherstone, for instance) Carney and Moss were happy fielding those kicks all the second half and, yet again, as there was no depth to the kicks, our opponents were starting their sets 20-30 metres from their own tryline. Surely the aim should be for them to have to come out from their own tryline, or in-goal area?

Also, would it not be an idea to vary the kick off? (like Nanyn and Ridyard used to do) Kicking high, to the same player, in the hope that he drops it, is becoming very predictable. True, I remember Hampshire finding touch from a re-start once this season, but that tactic was swiftly knocked on the head!

What a bitter load of tosh, you were playing a club who have far more resources then leigh, just because of your previous SL status, don't presume you should be whipping us.

Leigh is a much better team on paper, with bags of SL and NRL experience. Two defeats at home to Hull KR is a very poor outcome.

Thought it was a poor spectacle with neither team deserving to win it or lose it thus a Ref error (or video referee not checking why so many players complained)was kinda fitting.
If we play like that then it's Batley away for certain next season however the beauty of being inconsistent all season is the team are more than capable of playing much better thus still all to play for and nothing remotely decided yet.
