You had stuffed us twice last two times we played you, but we got the result tonight all the same. I agree that you are a better side than Widnes, and i think you will play them in the MPG and win it.

As an outsider looking in i think your problem is you had a decent start and everyone, fans, coaches, even players thought you were gonna be fine and hadn't banked on everyone else raising their game, just look back at this forum from the early months to see that, i guess you lot peaked too early and had nothing left.

Last night indiscipline cost you a few pens and even though you've beaten us in the last 2 we raised our game to a level you couldn't compete with.

You aren't the worse team we've played - Widnes, Wire and Catalans we're awful, but are experienced super league sides - will that tell come the middle 8's?

Or will we benefit from playing the M8s previously?? - non of those have experienced it before, and as you know it's no fun

Good point, who knows, interesting to see that the 3 teams who dropped into the middle 8's last year - us. Leeds and Salford, have all made the top 8 this time so maybe the experience of being in them qualifiers has helped.

true but widnes were missing chase and hanbury, two big players for them, at home with those two back they are totally different opposition.

It'll make a change instead of them whinging over their injuries.
