a lather living in jersey I don't believe it . But i don't think wigan would accept that but i also think they need a way of letting opposition teams fans watching it for a small fee or something.

| Well I can see the relevance and I posted this a bit ago. If I was Mr Wayne and being a full bloodiied GB club coach, I would want my team toataly fired up for the start of the season and wanting to muller an Aussie team on their own turf. Never underestimate the need to thrash the Ausies by our boys. Jamie Peacock will tell you that.

Previous years have seen Wigan send a kids team with the odd fringe first teamer!
The side that's coming tomorrow Is in my opinion very strong capable of holding its own in SL and more than capable of coming along and spoiling our party.
We have to be realistic, I never expected any of the World Cup players and when we were promised a strong first team it was always good enough for me and every player that turns out tomorrow will be a Wigan first team squad player.
They will also blood most of their new signings bar Matty Bowen and I'm told Pettyborne may well play a part so I'm more than excited by what lays ahead!!!

| The thirteen players, so far named by Wigan on their website, have made 261 Super League career appearances between them. (including 51 by Dan Sarginson for London Broncos, and 35 by John Bateman at Bradford)
If they add another 8/9 more 'experienced' players to tomorrow's squad, they will have a pretty impressive team turning out.
As for Shaun Wane giving it a miss, well he did last year and was then scathing about their performance. I reckon he's hedging his bets, so he can be absolved of any blame, should they get turned over again!

| Quite simple (well not so but) why we (LC TV) are not streaming it live, MONEY, Wigan spent upwards of £250.000 setting WW TV we spent a fraction of that, directors have paid for Vimeo space and a set up camera and a radio mic system and other bits and bats, since then our Dave and I have spent upwards of £3,000 + of our own money to bring this service to the Leigh Public for any extra equipment that we felt we needed (not counting the money we laid out in having a studio built and equipped for our use and LC TV another £2500), we dont expect this money back and all subscription money goes straight to the club.
Yes we have experimented in streaming video and can do from home but the firewall at the LSV is a local authority one and wont allow the free streaming site we have and to have a paid one would cost us money that we (both I and the club) cant afford and even then it would be doubtful that it would work from the LSV, even with sponsorship we couldn't afford it.
Yes there are mobile internet systems but again the cost at the moment is prohibitive especially when it is doubtful that other Championship clubs would allow us to transmit from their own stadiums (some even struggle to find us space for a cameraman and commentator and provide an electric point), then again Wigan have 10,000 + fans so can afford to have the odd couple of hundred armchair 'supporters' we at Leigh need everyone that we can to come down to the LSV to support us.
We try and bring a good service for the moderate prices the club charges, none of the people involved take a penny we give up our time (and expertise) for free where WW TV have paid staff. I'm sorry to have to write this again to those of you who have heard it all before.
The above is not a rant it is an explanation, one I hope not to have to give again.

Thanks for that Fred,as i said, not a criticism just wondered why.
I have paid a fiver to pies TV to watch the game, although depending on delays of broadcasts,i will be listening to the game LCTV as Dave Parky's commentary is top class.

| There could be quite a delay between the radio and wwtv. Sometimes the radio is over minute in front of the pictures.
