Pity I can't be there, but my son will be 5 days old when he watches his first Leigh game ont' telly!

I'd like to think we can win, but the previous times we've played them, we looked beaten before we stepped on the pitch, they just have a hold on us, as we do with fax. I think if we kick well, stay error free, and not let finn play so deep we have a real chance. Line speed the key against Fev, they play the ball really deep and seem to have loads of room. Take that space, and kick for position ball in hand, and i think we should manage well. Like to see brierly used halfway through the first half, and ten minutes before the end.

It's our turn this Thursday. The difference this season is that we have most of the players signed up for next season and they want to win the GF.

I don't think Mendeika has played enough league games for us to enable him to be considered for selection in the play offs.

Steve Maden, & Andy Thornley are signed up and I would have thought Jimmy Taylor will be after another contract.

Then There's all the Fev players we will be lining up too!!!

I remember a Ben Cockayne lining up against us last year after 2/3 games for Fev.

Cockayne was loaned to Fev the D/C works differently you have to of played a large percentage of the games for the club to qualify to play in the play offs

My Prediction is

Thursday close game but think Fev will win with home advantage.

We then will play Fax at LSV another close game as it always is but Leigh win, very close exciting game.

Final at Warrington against Fev, on a decent pitch with a full team and same amount of rest unlike semi of NRC, Leigh win like fax beat them in NRC final

The attitude of the players at the end of the last game, (albeit an away game ) was good bye and thanks we wont be playing here again this season, see you in Warrington.

I would love it, love it if we beat them, however i am a realist, and i just cant see us being able to beat them on their own pitch. Howeer i am more than happy for rowley and the boys to prove me wrong. Oe prediction the traffic on m62 will be a nightmare. I think it'll be fairly close but I just think Fev will edge it.

I'm going for 28-22 to Fev. I'd like to think we're made of sterner stuff than in previous years and will make the GF though and hopefully if we've got everyone back the final might be a different story.
