| When I go into some shops they ask, Did you get everything you wanted, would you like to top up your phone or buy any stamps etc?
We should be saying "Thanks for buying your Fax ticket do you know if you buy your Pie one now you'll save £2?"

| Maybe because of some people not knowing this and already purchased thier fax tickets, the club could say bring your fax ticket stubb to the ticket office and still get the £2 discount of the wigan ticket ???

Agreed ste.The club has my email and the TDC have my email,hopefully between them they have gathered quite a number of email addresses and phone numbers were they can send questionares or phone people in an attempt to gather information throughout the season.Questions like,now we've played 3/4 games on friday evening,what are your feeling on this initiative?.

Bob on! A random survey ... Pick 10 numbers and ask questions . Beats paying for forms. We can also send any info regarding tickets merchandise ect.

As Keith Freer said, a data base is our aim, so we can communicate with fans. It's easy with S/T holders & T/D members. The major problem is getting the details of fans - probably the other 80% at the moment - who turn up and pay on the day.
A one-off survey, on a match day would be enormously helpful, but would be very time-consuming & cause delays on the turnstiles.
Any ideas lads?

The ticketing system should already be there to take the contact details of anyone buying a walk up ticket - common practice at many of the better organised Super League clubs and most football clubs. All manner of data can then be extracted from that in terms of people's buying habits etc.

| Give the form with every ticket sold at the office and put it in with the program. Make it into a free raffle where people who fill in the form and hand it back have the chance to win free tickets. I'm sure we could manage a few family tickets to give away. Give people the incentive to fill it in and they will do. The only thing is, do we have someone with the free time to correlate all the information.

Sold to about 14-15% of crowd. Matt has offered me a potential solution to getting supporters' details. I'll raise it with the club.

| Matts the best person ask tbh. He 'works' at DW (by browsing the MB).
So we sell 200 or so programmes, have small questionnaires that can be done online or via a leaflet in the programme and ask questions such as -
how do you feel about Leigh playing Friday nights?
Do you enjoy the home game match experience?
How can we as a club improve match day experience?
Have you recently seen any posters/banners around town? Can you state where?
Can you recommend any businesses that would like a poster but haven't yet received one?
