Rowley is the reason the lads where so fit last season.
RHP said he had never trained as hard ever in his career.
Apparantly paul really beasts them, and would be a major loss to the mechanics of the backroom staff if we lost him.

Could it also be the reason that we burn ourselves out at the end of the season. Last couple of years we have started the seaon looking far fitter than other teams, but look jaded come the season end. |

Tommy is a decent player, but you'll do bloody well to get any consistency out of him. Dont think he played more than 3 games in a row (if that) last year. Constantly plagued with injuries and never got a solid run of form. But did show what he could do on occasions. And yes hes fat. Fitness training required.
