Sod the traditional ethos , this is all about keeping the bloody club operating and the players on the pitch , any other consideration is secondary to raising the necessary funds to that aim

We have a new ( non salaried , essentially independant ) CEO , if you think he will allow anything underhand to happen , I suggest you ring the club tomorrow and put your concerns to him , other than that I would request you do not start any rumours that would jeapodise the attempts to raise the monies required to help the club

I think you have become quite paranoid and adept at jumping in with both guns blazing if you think that someone doesn't share your particular take on things. I am not doubting that funds are required quickly hence my thinking that perhaps paying into LISA is not the best way of quickly helping. Where did you read "underhand" in my post only you can explain that? And while you are thinking on that one, to save me posting again, you can also ask your good lady where I mentioned debt to the club.

I did not and do not suggest there is anything underhand, any reference to debt was club debt(s) since I would imagine that it is impossible for LISA to incur debts. It was a simple suggestion that there are possibly quicker ways of helping the club than paying a few quid that the club gets monthly, wouldn't a cheque for £60 now be better than £5/month?
