Whoever said we could spend £400K last year?

It all depends/depended on a clubs income as to what they CAN spend £400K is suppose to be a MAX.

Mr Thomas did say that Mr Kelly had the same amount as Mr Shaw had the year before.

From what has been said we can only have the extra 50k if we win the league, ok we all expect that to be a given but IF we didn't win the league what happens if we have spent the extra 50k???

If they don't win the league they don't receive the lump sum payable as a bonus for winning it, simple really, well I think so. So if we don't win it we won't have spent it.

Ah I get it now so we wouldn't be using the money on an additional player(s) more of saying to the ones we have win and you'll get extra

Prize money being money paid for winning comps , NRC , GF appearance or CC

According to the Reporter the club are keeping tight-lipped about the outcome of the meeting they had with the RFL over the cap,what would be the reason for not disclosing ?

Upsetting the rest of the league? Wouldn't go down too well.

Its going to surface eventually though wont it ,doubt it will be kept quiet for too long .

..or it could be we got nowhere. Now with the players signed so far it would cause a lot of consternation and bitterness amongst Ch1 teams fans and probably the clubs as well.
