I agree Sundays are killing the summer game, Widnes seem to be getting it right with Fridays, but then again our 'supporters' dont back us like they back them. Fridys for me (or Saturdays evening) but Sundays are dead for the family man.
We've found it much easier to get 'corporate' business on a Friday night, which boosted the coffers no end (firms are more likely to do a 'works night out' at the Friday night game, than at a Sunday afternoon game).
It would appear that it's also easier to get schools/school kids in on Fridays.
Personally, I was really annoyed when we switched our home games to Friday nights and really missed Sunday afternoon games for a long time. Now however, 3 or 4 seasons later, I really enjoy the whole Friday night experience and find Sunday aftenoon games a bit of a drag TBH.
