We blew it though,no matter how well we played.

We had plenty of chances to kill the game off,and lost our composure a bit at the end sadly.

The player can be proud of the performance,a great advert for the game with everybody talking about it,would have had unprecedented exposure if we had made the final,an opportunity missed.

How many people were screaming for Sinfield to just kick the ball in touch and give them a scrumdown in their on half. And he had a rush of blood charging out giving space for the last try.

Sinfield gets the blame, nothing new there.

I think the Watcher should find something else to watch or perhaps confront Sam Burgess or James Graham and tell them they bottled it.

Charlie thought England played very well , and I don't think Burgess CHOSE to give a Penalty away , it just happened , I say England didn't bottle it they lost to a very good team , and maybe didn't deserve to lose .

So Sinfield didn't charge out ? and he kicked it into touch to count the clock down. England definitely didn't bottle it and on the whole were a disciplined and good team. Unlucky to loose.

The Peawapp believes that the Burgess believes as does his Brothers their own publicity, and that they believe thanks to the rugby league press that they are untouchable, which they most certainly are not, and Peawapp is of the opinion that England would have won the right to lose the final to Australia but for the stupid Burgess Brother

I did Keith but after the initial downer I think I am happy with our endeavours. If Kev had a bad game I wouldn't have been pleased with the end but the boys were knackered and I take my hat off to each and everyone of them. I think that we have taken a hell of a lot out of that NZ team and am backing the Aussies to win by 20 next weekend

Good game good effort but let's use it like the Aussies would as a platform to improve and build on and not graze in glorious failure.

Nonsense Bart, why can't you call an individual play? Are the players "Any players" beyond reproach because we put up a good show ?
I thought England played brilliantly for 79 minutes and each and everyone played their socks of. Sinfield had his best game of the tournament, but he made a bad judgement call by not kicking in touch, simple as.
Every player makes mistakes in every game and every player plays a good move in these same games. We praise the good but we should be allowed to comment on the bad. I don't think we bottled it, we deserved to win.
