I disagree with you about playing Fev with a stronger team , we will be missing Parker and Hoppy ,so for me our pack will be weaker , im hopeful we can still win though , if we play right and shut their half backs down , and dont let Smeaton , and Saxton run far , we have a chance , Fax beat them so can we .
Charlie is going for a score of Fev 18 - Leythers 24 , but batten down the hatches on the way out of Fev .

Last time we played Fev Duffy & Beswick weren't available we could barely put at team out and they're both game changing players so with these back in should spark some more attacking flair & a good kicking game. If Spencer is available I think he adequately replaces Parker although I'd pefer Rob in & with Hoppy he'll be a miss but we've got good cover. What our team does have is spirit & desire come on Leythers

| Having had to do loads of preparatory work for a potential home play-off programme, should we lose at Featherstone, it wouldn't surprise me at all if we were to win at Fev - and render all that work useless!
But hey, I can live with that! |

The key for me is to try and get some quick ball but that will be down to the ref.
Featherstones pack bullied us last time and that is also a big worry.
Whatever happens Thursday we can get to final and that would be massive achievement this year |

| Been getting good vibes from the Leigh camp in regards to the game plan for this one (obviously can't say too much . I think we played Featherstone all wrong on the previous meetings this season, we played them at their own game and we couldn't cope. Hopefully this time will be different.
I hope the Featherstone players have the same attitude as the Fev fan commenting on this thread, I really do.
Ever the optimist, I'm going to say Leigh win 26-24. |

We will play uphill in first half and leigh will get over the line 3 times in the first half and we will chug up the hill and score once..second half we will get over the line 3 times and leigh will chug up the hill and get over once....
all trys will be scored out wide and the winners will be whoever converts the most,my blood pressure will be way off the scale and I will probably not be able to stand the tension in the last 20 mins 
Nerves will be a key decider in this one leythers. |
