Well if they do want him it will cost them unless there is a SL clause, but he is the stand out forward not only here but in this division, still relatively young for a prop so he has time.

I'm sure we could come to some kind of arrangement with Warrington but I sincerely hope it's not true of course. However if it is he couldn't be going to a better place at the moment and I'm sure he'd go with our blessings

I hope it isn't true!! That said, when he signed his contract extension wasn't he quoted as saying that it took him up to the end of next season, by which point the licence decisions will have been made.
I reckon he'll stay 'til then 'cos he'd prefer to be playing with us in SL. If we don't get the nod, then he would leave with, I'm sure, everybodies blessing as an honourable servant of the club wishing to persue his dreams of performing at the highest level!!

Course, if he does end up going sooner, let's get every penny we can out of Warrington - and use it to bring 'Unit' here as one of ours!!

At least if Wire are interested then we've got one of the two clubs in the game that aren't actually afraid of paying a transfer fee.

the guy is just a superb rl player, top notch in every department. as for his contract, well we all know what they are worthin modern rl, but like has been said there are poorer players running around in sl than chris, he would be imo a revelation, with full time coaching he would develope even more, i hope he does play sl soon, but preferably with us, but as i doubt we'll get anywhere near sl, then wire would be a good choice for chris.

Same thing with Emmit though WMFC he's too good /or will be soon for this league, for me the lad has a great future at Saints.

Hill and Emmitt should be playing in Superleague now.On a regular basis.

Has been a loyal servant to our club , if its a move in the future then good luck to Chris and hope he achieves his goals , if he's only looking at going after the next D-Day then even more respect to him , but if it happens before am sure most Leythers will wish him well and every success for the future
