It's rather odd, Leigh either want Riddy or they don't. I know it's his testimonial year, but how much will he play ? I'd use him at 13, if we are going to be signing 2 half backs (on loan) from Wigan. Anyway, hope he re-signs.

Hmm. Am a big Ridyard fan but not sure that playing him in a position where he'd probably have to make 30+ tackles a game on big forwards is quite what he needs at this stage of his career.

Certainly not riddys place in the forwards, I do wonder if Reynolds could develop into a 13 though, his defence has always been sound and give options without being the main playmaker

I think Addy will give extra options as a playmaker - playing at 13. He has often slotted in at half back, successfully.

Just a thought: -

Do contracts run to 31 October, (logical, if training starts in November) or 30 November? (that rings a faint bell from when I was working at the club)

If it's November, that could explain why nothing has yet been said about last season's players still not apparently signed up. (e.g. McNally, Ridyard, Adamsons etc.) or those who we are rumoured to have signed, or made an offer to. Certainly nothing has been said by any other clubs, about signing our players, or us signing theirs.

End of thought - don't want the brain to overload!!
