Like most Leythers I'd be delighted to have Ellis on loan until the end of this season.

Money might be an issue though as we would have to pay for his services and I suppose it is down to wether the club can afford what Hull would want.

OK i read your post wrong , but again we cant get him now because we havent got the cash to pay for him , as for me playing mid week snap , as you put it , im helping raise around £2000 pound by October , again cash the club needs , with our Poker nights , as a matter of interest ,"ARE YOU RAISING ANY FUNDS FOR THE CLUB ?
I must be doing something right , as i helped raise £500 for Stu Donlan , and John Duffy has also asked me to run a Poker Night for him , also helping to raise around £450 for young Connor last Friday ,so dont knock what im doing .

Mo as you know i can take any stick im given about myself , i even laugh at myself ,"IM A CLOWN ", i know that , alot of what i post is tongue in cheek , you know that , and i never expect everyone to agree with me , what i dont like is folk knocking me when im trying to raise much needed funds for our Club , and the other fundraising im doing , i think the people that help me and what we do is a good job .

I admitted i was wrong about his post , but i aint having him knocking my fundraising efforts either , nobody does that i put a lot of time and effort into it and dont need the like of him knocking it .

I had already admitted i read your post wrong ,but i felt you was getting personal calling me a Plank i have been called worse though , i know im a Clown , hence my name , but i never joke about our Great club , like everyone who comes on this forum i want the best for Leigh Centurions ,as im sure you do .

Its took me nearly 2 years to get the Poker Night as successful as it is , and i just felt you were trying to belittle this work , like you say we need every penny we can get , i know i go on a bit about it , but i feel im trying to promote the event and keep it in the spotlight , i wish i could get about 10 more entries each week .

As for Basil returning , im not sure , im also a big Basil fan , i also read what Ellis said in the papers , again we need players now , starting with Thursday , anyway sorry if i offended you , it wasnt meant in that context , tell yer what come and have a game of SNAP tomorrow ,7.30pm at the Centurion Pub the drinks on me .I will try to keep bluffin to , though im not good at that either .
