Fingers crossed for KP - served his apprenticeship at SL and worked with top players at England Knights. Looks like he’s well thought of in RL circles too.

Perhaps a skeleton staff next year (*thats IF we can get an investor) is Higham going to play on? If not KP should bring him in as his number 2 for his knowledge, enthusiasm, love of Leigh and the respect he has earned in Rugby league.

Rowley & Beaumont are both as bad as each other.

That relationship could have made Leigh a superb proposition and a real attractive club for players & youngsters with bright successful future.

Instead both tried to get the upper hand and both failed.

Worst coach in RL Paul Rowley, has had literally millions to spend at Leigh and Toronto, and has got neither of them promoted.

His teams have ill disipline on and off the feild, the teams have high error percentages and can't see out a game. It works against Dewsbury and such, but when teams come with a bit of back bone like London were you have to get into an arm wrestle, then his tactics are useless.

He didn't have millions at leigh

I enjoyed the style of rugby we played under Rowley, when you throw the ball around as much as we did during his era, there’s bound to be errors, I can live with that as the great tries we scored outweighed the errors.

A bit like when we had Matt Calland coaching @ Fax champagne Rugby at times but we had some awful displays/scores which people tended to forget

His contract is getting paid up, i.e sacked with severance pay !

No he's retiring , ive known for weeks too , he was leaving even if promoted too decision made 2 month ago BY HIM

Wonder what he's been up to over in Toronto that means he has to leave there in a rush also..

Same rubbish posted when Hall did not play for us in Toronto----then he played in Toronto for HKR.

Not leaving in a rush-nowt to do with losing the MPG game-I also knew he was leaving Toronto 2 months ago.
