And that's three successive seasons that he/they have achieved it. I am on record, on their forum, as saying I wish we could/would take a leaf out of their books. I wish them well in the Middle 8's, (despite having let us down yesterday

With an extra couple of million Im sure we would do a dam site better than both Widnes and Salford. But I would also say the same for Leigh, Fev and Toulouse as well.

Well as they have done, and entertained into the bargain, I feel Toulouse will fall short. Toronto however, stand a good chance and, much as it grieves me to say it, (not a fan of North American or French teams in British RL) I believe they deserve a crack at it.

Why don't Leigh invest in the youth game? The game is buoyant in the area as Wigan have proved. This buy and bust approach is seems short sighted.

An academy was setup this year. But will take years for the academy setup itself to develop. Hopefully the club stick by it.

Good advice, Leigh should take note and do exactly that. London are now reaping the rewards.

Bradford have Leeds and Huddersfield nearby and still manage to sign decent academy players. Leigh have no excuse to not look at the academy option
