Leigh played well first half scored some great try's Penky got flattened in a late tackle and had to go off ..Second half Leigh where pretty poor when they moved the ball out wide they made ground but they kept running the ball up the middle which was,nt working Worky played some good rugby second half Forber and there number 11 where causing problems and Leigh where struggling at times to put them on the floor Leigh bombed a couple of clear cut chances one when all Pitman had to do was give Pownall the ball with the Line wide open but he tried to grap glory and cut inside and git tackled I don't know hope he's learned off that bad play ..All in all Leigh's first half Workys second,,'The ref was poor all match some of his decisions where BAD saw him last season and he was the same clueless..Long way to go and the ground is a shocker

I must admit Ian some of the Refs decisions baffled me , maybe one forward pass but not 4 to stop us scoring , Penky going off early seemed to upset our balance ,but in the second half I thought Worky played very well , their number 11 had a blinder , for me Pitman and Pownall didn't look that dangerous on their side , still a wins a win , and 3 more points .

We ought to give Town credit for their competitiveness. They have now lost nine games this season, but have obtained a bonus point in seven of them. They will give everyone a run for their money, up there.

All in all, it was a tough, physical game to get through, and a well-earned three points.

My view of today is that team of ours looked tired and jaded. Our body language was not right. A win is a win and well done to the boys. I hope TG is ok as he was one of the bright lights of today that and Sam Barlow's offloads. Why oh why do players keep passing the ball when the player that is backing them up is in front of them. How many times did it happen today? I have to say this though every person I spoke to today from Worky was lovely.

Have to say we had 5 tries ruled out for forward passes and I thought they were all correct decisions.

It's not the ref's fault that they were forward.

Worky upped their game in the second half and some of our tackling wasn't the best.

Despite that I thought we always looked capable of winning but one player in particular had a very bad game. Lets hope it's now out of his system.

The Worky player who laid Penky out in the first half should have been sent off 'not put on report' as it was disgraceful as you will be able to see when the game goes on Centurion TV. He compounded the offence by falling to the floor and pretended he was injured. He should be playing footie because RL players rarely play act. I hope the Disciplinary Panel take that into account when they review the incident.

Tony , today was just about getting a win , the boys did that , maybe some if not most of them were thinking about Fridays game , I don't know , I have predicted that somewhere this season we will lose a League game , and stated I don't know where , today could easily have been that game , we are still 7 points clear at the Top though , so its still good being a Leyther .

Hello Ian. Didn't see you today. I personally don't think that they will be that bothered about Friday as long as they don't let eighty in. They will be thinking more about the following Wednesday and Sunday, which is much more important. Friday is about pride and a payday the rest is the business.

Tony while I do agree about the importance of the League games against Fax and Barrow , Fridays game against Leeds will be a chance for the Lads to experience a Pressure atmosphere , and to experience fast Rugby , against a Class side , as long as they don't get Tonked , I think it will be a good experience for them .I was at the game Today ,im always very quiet though

Great first half score could have had another 12 o. We bombed a few chances.
Ref couldn't keep up with play and didn't shout held when he should .
Worky came out second half and our game plan went out of the window
