Agreed - if they focus on his fitness in the close season, young Ryan will be immense in this league. If Rob Parker is to retire at the end of this season - as has been indicated elsewhere - then it's all the incentive he needs.

Re Ryan Duffy.
It is time for the young man to believe in his own full potential maybe.
When he runs with the ball, or goes into a tackle he shows he has no fear, and true potential to become a force in the game. To play to his full potential however he now needs to really dedicate himself to getting as fit and strong as he can.
Ryan,
You have the natural skills and ability
You have the mental bravery and desire, ball in hand, and in a tackle.
Now back yourself for the future and become the next Chris Hill.

If young Ryan Duffy is to progress his Rugby League career further, then he simply has to get fitter. That is the bottom line.
Currently he is a spot player in defence and teams will exploit him by continually running at him as he endeavours to get back into the defensive line.
I am sure he is fully aware of the area's he needs to work on. I wish him well.
