I too thought he was refering to the one and only Sam in the borough. However, with Rogues being a Super League fan I naturally assumed he was refering to a Super League player and not an up and coming star in the making at Leigh. The only "Sam" I could think of was Sam Burgess and with him now plying his trade in Aus, it threw me a bit. These SL fans need to stop assuming all RL fans know that "Sam" is in fact Sam Burgess and not the one and only Sam Hopkins, or indeed Sam Obst.
