well bitterly disapointed with that performance, but like has been said we got a rl lesson tonight, from a fine rl team. Its simple we perform like that and both fax and sheff will turn us over end of. Rovers seemed more up for it, and at least a yard faster in everything that they did, ridyard said on twitter last night that the lads had had their final training session, which had gone really well, and they were buzzing for thursday, well what the hell went wrong from last night to this evening, because we were not buzzing at all.

I thought the first ten minutes they completely blew us away and it was an up hill battle from then on.
we huffed and puffed all game but so many unforced errors,wrong options with ball in hand and players making the wrong decisions in defence never gave us a chance.
we got a fair beating for putting in a mid table performance.

It is all part of the plan, we need the extra money another game gives us so we lost on purpose.

Best team by a mile Fev Leigh forwards where like pussies they got battered our halfbacks where very poor most of the game Ellis has no chance in breaking into the Hull team playing like that for god sake man take them on Fev at times looked like they had 17 men on the field thats how poor our defence was our lads need Redbull not sleeping tabs before the next game.... Some of our plays in the first half where bizzare to say the least.... Whats happened to our big hitters Taylor, Goulden ect ect jez at the mo they look like the livin dead plug em into the mains Millward boost em up for the next match

Don't talk silly if you saw the lads faces at the end, littler and hilly especially, they came and clapped the fans and walked off to let us know they were upset, in the huddle at the end Littler was shouting and yelling, so they were just bad on the night and let themselves down.
Hopefully Ian can get them back on track, fingers crossed.

its ok leigh fans saying you were poor but you were made to look poor due to a very dominant fev performance and yes rovers were good but i still believe there is still alot more to come from us, anyway good luck leigh and hopefully see you all at warrington for round two

I had a similar conversation with Matt and Frank at dewsbury regards our drawn game at Easter.
I commented that we had that game won but let you off the hook. Frank and Matt countered that Leigh were good enough and played well enough to play their way back into that game and nick a draw - and finish the game as the dominant team.

It's subjective and often depends on which side you are looking from as to how you saw the game.

Only one team in it last night our halves and forwards decided not to turn up collectively, TBH i've seen this coming for a couple of months so whilst disappointed I wasn't that surprised, it COULD be a wake up call and COULD finish our season over to you lads to decide which.

I thought Martin tried 100% harder in the second half but things just didn't come off and the more he tried the more it went wrong. Takes a big man to say sorry.
