The same management as any other club in the league - offer a decent winning pay as you can generally factor in x number of defeats where you're not having to pay out full whack. |

Why not just pay a straight forward contract like a number of other clubs? you win every game you run the risk of paying out money that you dont have. |

I think you will find the majority of clubs outside SL have contracts based heavily on performance |
