You still actually get the 4 grand in cash though Fred , you only lose it if people who would come anyway get their hands on the free tickets , and considering we got a 1940 attendance figure , I'm fairly sure we didn't let more than a hundred or so in on those tickets |

happy with the 4 home games in the championship, i dont think the average will go up tbh. we have played our big games now!!
Maybe a win in the northern rail could pull back a few fans back! Hopefully the summer promotion will help aswell |

We all asked for a TV deal , what we really meant was a paying TV deal , the current one ends this year , the clubs need to decide if they want the coverage to continue , and what deal they are willing to accept for it to continue
Personally I'd want £10,000 per match cash and a £ 5,000 spend per match on marketing , but not including free tickets , the clubs should do that anyway if they were getting the 10 K
The other option for me would be , every club in both divisions [ which will probably change next year gets 1 home game guaranteed and they recieve their average attendance income for that game in cash , all tickets to that game are then free and a sizeable marketing spend in the towns of both participating clubs in the run up to the game'"
So what really needs to happen is Rugby League to get a bumper TV deal and actually let some of the Super League millions filter down the divisions and give us a lifeline, give us the opportunity to market the product we have. |

No the SL millions belong to the SL clubs
What is needed is for the RFL/Championship clubs to agree a deal for payment for coverage of the Championship games , be that a lump sum which is then divided up , or an individual match payment per home club |
