It's not bigger, it just has a different potential. It could do something for the club that winning games against those teams does not. A win or even a very strong showing, could tweek the interest of people who would otherwise not come to a game.

When was the last time any of Fax, Fev or Widnes did anything of significance when Catalans have played in the top division for the last 6 years, 3 playoffs and a challenge cup final. They get bigger crowds than all 3 of Widnes, Fax and Fev put together in a stadium under redevelopment. They have 1 Irish international, 1 Scottish international, 1 Kiwi, 19 French, 1 Fijiian, 1 Australian World Cup winner and a candidate for the RL Man of Steel in Scott Dureau.

Widnes have got Magraff Leuluai who wasn't good enough for us, even when we were , Fax have still got Graham Holroyd on their books and Fev fans can't behave.
