Time to send Mitchell and McCarthy back to Wire. I'm not Armitstead's biggest fan but how he could drop him, Morrison and Nash after last weeks performance in favour of two players with no emotional or financial ties to the club and who have simply under performed massively the 2nd half of the season?

I was sat at work this morning at 5.00am, so I could leave in time to drive over from Sheffield. I for one will be enjoying an extra hour in bed and keeping my money in my pocket next time. That was disgraceful, we know 2 moves and are so easy to defend against. 5th place is a real possibility and I expect us to get bounced in the first round of the play offs.

Once again, we came up against a supposedly struggling team, who performed solidly up front, and came up with moments of inspiration at half back. Oh, and once again we were embarrassingly and spectacularly out-paced.

Still, thinking back to this time last season.................................!

Obviously the Dewsbury coaching staff sussed the ' run around ' move that got us 3 tries last week , and we had no variation to that move

They came with a strong defence and a couple of simple moves that they backed up with support at pace

We are now playing for 4 th instead of 2 nd , and Ian has to come up with a different game plan for toulouse or we could be playing away in the play offs from day one

Basically at best we are looking at home to the Eagles and then away to Barrow and then Fax or Fev to make a GF

Well done to Dewsbury though, take nowt away from them as it was a terrific performance, took their chances well and worked really hard in defence. Must admit I'm getting a bit bloody sick of being stood on the North Stand and finding myself applauding the good play of the opposition rather than Leyth!

Why oh why didn't we try some chips over when there was nothing to loose in the second half instead of the same old same old !!!!!!the only thing that we tried was a short kick off but that didn't come off ,at least it was different ,other teams can read us like a book ,a very boring one at that

Have to admit totally puzzled with that performance after last week. At the end of the game the majority of the players had given everything

. I know Smith got injured and Nanyn didn't look fit, but we did have several breaks in the 2nd half. Too much wasted ball and panic.

We put the ball to ground in try scoring positions about 6 or 7 times (at least). Had we got on the board early in the first half may have ben a different game but it doesn't excuse the paper thin defence again.

The completion rate must be way down,i know Nanyn was not fully fit but the mistakes he made were nothing to do with his strapped leg,to drop the ball over the line is bad but he wasn't the only one to knock on it happened a few times
