My understanding was East had a meeting with Sports England Representatives yesterday and I think they are willing to act in an arbitrational role, whether the council are willing to accept that is another matter.  |

Me thinks there will be a lot of calls going back and forth today. I only hope sense prevails and a fair outcome is reached. I am sure that Keith will fill everyone in on whats been going on. I have just read a post that he put on the East board in July where he states that A Burnham shook his hand and told him that Leigh East will not be kicked out of their home. I hope he is true to his word.

My vote for Mr Burnham is riding on this very issue.
If he allows Leigh East to be kicked out of LSV for anything other than being completely unreasonable then he should lose the support of every reasonable person in this town.
