We have a team that would of walked championship we was always going to be thrown in deep end getting in SL Duffy a good coach the players are just not good enough what we got in my opinion.

Walked Championship? We will never know. Leigh had a choice and took too it. Good on them. The price is now being paid. With recouped fees and a lower wage bill.

Feel sorry for Duffs absolutely loved being at Leigh. He was given an tough task that got harder with continual string of injuries on a small squad. Not his fault. With a bigger squad and more investment he would have stood a chance. Unless we can bring in 4 or 5 SL level players as well as a new coach can’t see things changing on the field but we will see.

They should never have taken up the Super League place they was offered due to several factors including not having enough time to assemble a competitive squad and only getting half the TV of the other Super League

It should never have been an option. Leigh created jobs for the championship, the damage done now is irreparable.
They had a good situ should they have remained in champ and built stability. Everything has been wasted again.
