Most of the other clubs seem to be passing on information, about the things you mention, plus player retentions, departures, and signings. I'm just saying that a lot of clubs seem to prefer the drip feed from Autumn onwards. Which way is the 'right' one - who knows?

I agree with this. Not sure what good a 'feast or famine' approach to comms would do. Names of players signed are being reported already anyway, so any official press release will now have reduced impact.

There'll be people already mulling over the idea of a season ticket before people buy Christmas presents, having news of next season's squad out already would do no harm at all.

Looks like November 5th is the day of announcements.

I believe he's not keen on going to a championship club,and wants SL rugby,but we'll see.

Plenty of time yet Derek, we are not in November yet, last year at this time we had nothing ,could be worse , we could be Fax they are excited about resigning Scott Grix,Jodie Broughton , and possibly Sam Barlow

I think Fax could finish bottom of the League this coming season.
