| Another quality signing. If the people of Leigh won't come along to watch this squad play they are sending the message out that Leigh, don't want a SL team!
Unfortunately, we won't be able to defend 'our' NRC as the RFL have 'suspended' the competion! 
I wonder if they have plans to suspend the RLCC ? no,I thought not ! we dont want to upset our SL clubs do we

Suspect you are probably right Steve, although the clubs probably felt they had something more important to be playing for, at the time they voted! Also, didn't Northern Rail's sponsorship expire at the end of last season? And the SL clubs would no doubt tell us how good the RFL is at getting competition sponsorship deals!  |
