Yes she was but she was wrong and it sounded like sour grapes. We have gone down under a set of rules. Not because of the rules but because we were crap most of the season. To say we should not be going down knowing that those were the rules is silly. How many on here would have loved to see Widnes or Halifax in our situation?

Maybe she was saying the rules are silly? The clubs may (or may not!) have agreed to them, but the supporters don't then have to say they agree with them, too

I agree that we have been relegated because we have been the second worst English team in our league and obviously we feel bad because we have gone down, yet if Batley (or Widnes, or 'Fax) had suffered this fate, I personally would still have been incensed about it - as indeed are supporters of those clubs.

Everything by a governing body must be transparent or available to stand up under scrutiny.
The way RL is currently run doesn't (parden the pun) 'Tick the boxes' of transparent or stands up to proper scrutiny.

No i would not have loved Widnes or Fax in our position,the only club i wanted to go down was Gateshead ,much rather have Donny than them, and these rules people are going on about re Toulouse i would like to know under what condition the clubs voted for them not to be relegated,it just does'nt make sense to me with the number of clubs in the league ,why on earth vote for that
