Joe Mellor would be awesome. Top young player, had a tough year with injuries though and hasn't played much at all. We should look into getting Davies on D/C too.

Those are big boots to fill. If Joe is as good as Sam that will mean they have two world class players at Wigan. I agree with Eddie Hemmings when he said that Sam could be as good as Lockyer. I would love to see a player as tallented as Sam at Leigh. |

| Nope, we had reserves. No such thing as U21's and hasn't been for last 2 years. SL have U20s and no 'reserve' team.

No but as the Championship is so competitive , any run of injuries or loss of form could relegate any team , if you think differently , you can apply for the job |

Maguire is the head coach and who trust shuan if shaun tell him it not right for the young and wigan then it wont come off.
Ben wanted to play for leigh this season being is home town club wigan block it and told he was off to widnes and next season huddersfield season long loan.

Like Tipster Ste says we have probably sorted out our DCs for next season, but i just feel Joe Mellor would have been a good asset for us,as for the Wane dont like Basil,lets stop it,and be rugby allies at least,it would do you Joe a power of good with us ,just look at Jake Emmits progress.
