I suppose where we finish may be down to how we go with injuries etc, if we don't get too many injuries top or second, looks likely. As we can't have any duals , hope we get loan deals done without it costing us much money wise.

Fev have splashed the cash so should be favourites, we should go well but need to look at the centre spots and a grunt to balance the squad out.
Fev top, with Leigh, Fax, Batley, Sheffield and Barrow making up the 6.

I think its going to be hard to tell until a few games in as effectively its a different league than the last few seasons.
I'd expect Fev, Fax, Sheffield and Batley to win more than they lose but I think Barrow have potential to be a real strong contender if they sort everything off field out.
Doncaster, Haven and Town are unknown and could hit the ground running or be whipping boys and with a lot of clubs being formed of part SL reserves it will be hard to tell what team you are actually playing week in week out !
As for ourselves then I'd expect us to do a bit better than last year, a Final appearance shouldn't be beyond our capabilities with the squad we have assembled and last years performances whilst great will need to be improved on if we want the club to continue to move forward.
Personally I think it will be a great season, all we need now is some decent weather and for Summer RL to be played in proper warm balmy weather with the fans coming out to back the club on great sunny Sunday afternoons !

As a Fev fan I wouldn't be shocked if we didn't finish top next season we have no right to do it for another season You also have an excellent squad as do some other clubs and if we finished 2 or 3 I'd be happy
As for the NRC I think there will be more interest now it is a straight knockout and teams could end up at Blackpool that no thinks will get there if they get the luck of the draw Good luck next season but hope you get of to a bad start in you first match

Fev's squad is impressive and with so many players available they should go well.

I honestly can't see this twinning buisness will have a drastic effect on the Championship because quite frankly I don't think there is that much depth in Non Relegation club reserves.

NRC' the draw after the qualifying stages makes this a bit of a lottery but the league will depend on wether a team can avoid an injury crisis.

Assuming we don't have one I think we will do the treble.

Leigh to win everything in the Championship.

Just think your squad looks strong and it also depends on injuries to teams, and how dual players do for the other clubs too. I am hoping Tom Gilmore and Adam Lawton keep away from injuries, and if they do i think these youngsters will be belters for Widnes.

I think its going to be tight at the top, but I beLeighve we have the right squad and the right coach to go all the way this season, if we can avoid the injuries I think its there for the taking.

I think you will see a stronger more determined Featherstone this campaign folks. Our club has spent well and we have a couple of monkeys to get off our backs once and for all..The fans (Fev) expect a bigger season in 2013 its time to deliver and stop slapping ourselves on the back. The top 3 coaches in the league are in my opinion Powell,Rowley,Kear. Depending how the dice falls in terms of injuries, cup runs etc then I will go with either Leigh or Fev top with Batley in 3rd, and in the cups I reckon we will get at least one monkey off our backs...

The only thing I think about Fev is it's hard to be the best team in any sports competition for a prolonged period of time, something always happens to disrupt it. Maybe someone will come in for Powell, or injuries to key players or whatever it is, I just think it's really hard for any sports team to keep it up for so long.
