Still "paper talk" at present. Ata has played his part so far this season and surely will for the rest of it. We all know that, assuming promotion, we'd have to shed a few johnny foreigners and that he, as third half cum third hooker, would be unlikely to make the cut. If he does have a gig next year then great.

The article seems to hint that he might be leaving this season, which if true would suggest that we've got someone incoming that will push him down the pecking order further.
However, the article isn't particularly clear on that front and is also, as you point out, only a rumour - though RL live is one of the more reliable sources of such rumours. |

This is being reported on several other outlets in Australia. It makes sense as he isn't getting the game time he needs, especially with World Cup in October. The fact that it sounds like Ata can join York ASAP adds fuel to the rumour. Excellent news.
Bevan French would be a dream come true. He is amazing to watch. It is a fact that his agent has held talks with Leigh so fingers crossed.
Also heard that Jack Hughes may join.

One very happy Leyther here in Vancouver.
This kid is dynamite and we now have a trio of quality halfbacks, all of which will put their bodies on the line in attack and defence. Not many halfback will tackle what ever comes their way, and we now have 3 of them !
