This is a bit unfair. I could do the prematch talk with the Barrow players and try to teach them a few very complicated tactics then I could leave it to Charlie to do the substitutions if anyone was showing good form.

I know, could dave clark have done anymore. Got demoted for Steve Deakin, then weeks later reinstated, and they go on to 'win the grand final'. Bit of a 'daft bloke' is Desmond.
But remember Steve Deakins 1st game in charge, home to Leigh, they scored 74 points !!
Hope the new coach/temp doesn't have the same impact this weekend  |

Former SL player who's career was cut short , moved to oz for a while working on his coaching and was Schoefields assistant , potentially a very good appointment , not good for us
