You have missed the point, it isn't about when we play it is about whether the LSV is the club fixture secretary. Prioritising an antiques fair rather than a Challenge Cup Game in a sports complex is total nonsense. |

Do you know for a fact that the LSV have said we can not play it on Sunday at 3pm?
Have the club officially announced it can not be played at 3pm Sunday because functions have been booked by LSV?
How do we know the hold up is not because the club preferred it to be on a Friday night for no other reason than this was their choice?
Featherstone have kept their fans up to date in all fairness. Our club have not and as far as I am aware have not stated what the delay was officially and what their preference for this fixture would have been.
As I posted way back on this thread, I believe the club wanted it on Friday night no matter what. |

I'd say the club have done exactly right and have waited to announce anything officially - even Fev haven't actually announced anything, and it has only been their CEO posting something on Twitter, which to me has been something akin to doing dirty laundry in public. |

No idea what this twitter lark is so now it's official Matt, what are the club telling us as to why there was a delay,a lot of wrangling with Featherstone and then the RFL to get the obvious date of Sunday officially announced?
I am sure Andy Mazey will be back on to update us all for the reason, but until then??? |
