| Quote: Vancouver Leyther "Referred to in TWPs release statement as "talismanic". The statement makes it clear that he will be very much missed by them.
Our gain for sure. He played almost every game at centre for TWP and is a great kicker. Good signing and will add to our list of players who can also tactically kick during a game.
Welcome Craig.'"
He will be missed by us that's for sure. Those conversion points will be critical in the Championship for us vs. just being the gravy on top in League 1.
End of the day we have added one body to the squad and they said at the beginning of the season that 8-9 was the target so I expect a lot of news releases come the end of the WC. Also very likely we will be hearing about the US and Canadian expansion teams that Perez submitted proposals for before the WC started.
Also whats up with you guys signing our player, how would up like it of we did that to you huh? Buncha jerks!

lol get your facts straight buddy! Quinn Nagwati became the first Canadian born professional RL player the world when he signed with us.
In all honesty if we could out of the blue get League 1 and Championship level players when the sport was basically non existent in the country that would just mean that your standards were very low. Steps are being taken, Perez has since day one said that he hopes to see a Canadian player on every SL team in the future. Domestic growth is on the must do list but don't expect it to be instant.

Didn't you release him at the end of the season? That is hardly growing local talent.

| One of the disappointments for me last season was our kicking for touch rarely did we turn defence into attack from a penalty. In addition to his other skills Craig Hall's kicking to touch is excellent and will really benefit us in 2018.

His drop outs are a plus.

Again it's all about the facts here.
We released Rhys Jacks grudgingly as we weren't able to get him classified as a Canadian player, he is Aussie and is the captain of the Wolverines as a heritage player, as we have a signing coming and we needed the quota for foreign players. Tom Dempsey is the other player who got released and is another Oz who plays for the Wolverines though his Heritage.
Quinn Nagwati is still part of the team, i believe he might get loaned out as he is only 18 and needs to develop still through regular game time and the Championship might be too much too soon in an aspiring team looking for promotion.
But you did get it right that we released some Canadian players so keep up the effort!

Union is played but nothing major that i know of, its almost all in BC as they have the climate to play year round. I dint know there were two codes until TWP to be honest and a lot of people still don't know there are two codes here. We will get there eventually as now there is a way to make a living of the game and with 2021 having 2 NA teams qualifying hopefully will see the wolverines make it to the world stage.

but no one is on TWP forum
Besides were practically the same team, us the 1st team and you guys our reserves right?
Now settle down, its not good for your heart! I'm just trying to debunk the fake news for the M62 about my team and to learn a bit more about the other teams in the championship.

| Here is a different M62 view. I hope things work out in N America, its good for the sport we all profess to love. In Argyle you have a seriously rich bloke who could buy SL without blinking, he loves his RL and a Canadian then NY franchise soon would be great for our sport as we must expand in the right country's to attract the tv income we deserve on viewing figures by getting multiple broadcasters interested. It will take a decade to get Canadian players to SL standard, so do whatever needs to be done to make this journey a success
