I think it's probably a little less than that, although you can probably squeeze some extras in the terraced end.

I came over to the UK in October last year and was given an tour of the stadium by a very accomodating senior staff member. He told me then that the stadium can be configired and saftey cleared for 12700 but that the current (then) saftey license limit was 10000. Think I'll take his word for it.

If i am correct it was made to over 12,000 for SL standard no doubt someone will be able to give us the official figure.
