| After all said and done and after seeing the Sky clip. We should have been playing with 12 men for most of the game.

| For me, not taking advantage of the sin bin & 10 minute advantage was criminal.
Handling errors were the killer, losing possession after 2 or 3 tackles.
I now firmly believe that PR has to look at striking a better balance between the expansive & occasionally crazy play & completing sets & laying a platform to win.
Still, I for one have really loved these last 2 or 3 years & I won't be to disheartened if SL has to wait another year, maybe two, as long as the Club continues to build & bring new fans to the fold we will be just fine.
It's easy to lose sight of what we have, enjoy it guys, it's not that long ago I was throwing a £10 note in a bucket on the North Stand to help pay the players wages.

A glaring error from Child, it was pretty obvious that a red was required.

| It's not like he's a world beater but I thought you missed a steady head in the pack like Wilkes.
The forwards did some great work but kept messing it up with indiscipline.
There's a chance we'll meet again the million pound game, though I hope we push another team in to that, but I'm certain we'll both be in Qualifiers again next year no matter who is promoted and relegated.

| All I can do is echo what a lot have already said.
Turning over possession just before HT at 16-6 is just idiotic.
Not going for 2 and not going for a DG at 16-16 is silly.
Need one person on the pitch telling us when to attack like we do and when to just calm down and play tactically. If we had that we'd have beaten KR and Wakey I reckon.
Think Ridyard has had a poor 3 games, and I'm a big fan of his.
But as someone else says, I remember not knowing if I'd see us play ever again when we played Batley at home a few years ago in from of 1100, now we're playing for SL and getting 4400.
Also, we look stronger with Acton in the side.

I never thought I would say this but I agree with the last sentence.
Whilst I am posting Moimoi and his lack of minutes puts too much pressure on the machine which is Jake Emmit. I'd have preferred Wilkes or Hopkins, despite his try.Moimoi probably broke even today but we need more than this

| I think that's probably any chance of a champ side going up this time gone with yesterday's defeat. It's more than likely you'll be playing WAkefield again in the £1m game but the home advantage will be gone.
I was amazed you didn't manage to score a single point while you had an extra man, another 40 minutes of rugby without a point scored must be a concern.
If I was a Leigh fan I would be wanting more from my halves. Brierley is an exciting young player but he is in no way a commanding 7. He was completely anonymous for most of that match.
No doubt you will be boosted by the return of Hock and Hopkins but I have that sinking feeling that it will be as you were for next season...

The odds are increasingly that you will be be right.
My concern for Leigh, next season, (or Bradford, Halifax, Sheffield) is how we can compete for 20-odd games at Championship intensity and then somehow 'up it' for four games against SL-hardened opposition. We, as Championship clubs, can only play what is in front of us, week in, week out - which just can't prepare us for what's to come in the qualifiers. Whilst salary cap and signing deadlines are obviously a side issue, my concern above is the big one, for me.

| Alan, we have been competing reasonably well against the three teams we have played in these qualifiers, we could have won this last one with better awareness, composure, tactical nous and most importantly discipline. If we shape ourselves we could still have a final punt at promotion, then if successful we need a massive clear out.

| Disappointed with result but not attitude effort enthusiasm which leaves application.not far off winning both home games against sl teams and a "Jeffries type" experienced scrum half may have helped with our last play and kicking game and seen us over the line
how do we raise our game is it just down to money with Mr Beaumont suggesting more for the championship teams in the 8 for the following season narrowing the gap with sl teams.more full time teams can only help.do we tamper with our philosophy 200+ tries has been brilliant entertainment. we will have a turnover of players but in key positions?Never dull for a leyther
