| I thought that Featherstone looked more threatening in attack against hull than Salford did against us, so are defence will have to be on song next week.

| Good to see Morty back he is so verities, and can create gaps as well, the question is who to leave out?And hopefully Rhys Evans and Hoody will be back next week, I think Dezzy is a player of promise as well,Hutchy, HH ,Jordan Thompson and Matutia were great for me.

| Don’t think we’ll see Pete next week. Saw him hobbling into The Lock with Hutchy last night wearing a compression boot.

I think Acton deserves a mention too. He got plenty of 'special attention' (not in an illegal way) but kept coming back for more.

You would hope its all precautionary- otherwise why would he stay on the pitch last 20 or so

| Apart from a couple of minor bruises, all players came through at the end with a clean bill of health.

17580.jpg First game was in 1967, and have been hooked since day 1. Now live in Vancouver, Canada but follow our team any way I can.

Great to hear. I really wanted us to put our best team out, and give it everything, but I was worried that it may come back to bite us with suspensions and even worse injuries. The win is all the sweeter if we have managed to avoid both.
Really enjoyed the game.
Hutchy, Reynolds, HH, Pete and Mickey H were huge for me in the game. With Hutchy, Reynolds and MH I think we have the three hardest tackling 6, 7, 9 in the business. The whole team can be proud though, every one of them stood up to be counted. Dezzie is a star in the making

| I was a little concerned about the prospect of victory without the excellent Liam Hood, but it is great we managed to replace him with the equally talented Daniel Mortimer.
I agree VL about Dezaria. I said it early in the season. This young lad from France has a bright future in the game and I hope we can tie him to a long deal.
It is now just us and only 7 other clubs remaining in the cup. I read how some think the cup has lost its magic but not for me. Not after nights like Friday.
And even now, nothing excites me more than my beloved club being just two more challenge cup wins from Wembley.
It may well be two incredibly tough games but its crazy when you think of it like that

Hood is an excellent Player and can easily slot in as loose forward IMHO.
Agree about Dezaria. Looks a fit and eager unit and some excellent coaching will make him one excellent player. Looks quick enough to be a centre too.
