How much time and what budget do you recommend before you decide to replace the coaching team?

Leigh had a cracking squad last year supported by a healthy budget and enthusiastic and (dare I say dynamic?) backroom team, and although they didn't finish bottom, it's hard to argue that they massively underachieved. Decisions were consistently inconsistent.

After the Toronto game this year comparisons were made with the Batley game from 2016 and how we bounced back from an unexpected defeat to gain SL promotion. Jukes played Rangi Chase at fullback and the defeat was apparently unexpected! An inspired player selection if there ever was one. However, Rangi playing out of position isn't a contributing factor this year, it seems a little more complex than that.

You would have Cunningham take over what good will this do if he already calling the shots where the logic in that. Cunningham needs to go saints was happy to see the back of him and to be honest so would I

Couldn't make it today, so it's difficult to comment. However, I note, on the Barrow forum, that there are comments about their team being built around proud local players, with 'outsiders' added in.

I understand that we would need a squad capable of performing in Super League, given our aims and objectives for this season, but our immediate need is to have a squad capable of getting us out of the Championship. Some local pride in the shirt, would be a useful ingredient in getting us there! I hope it's not going to be the case, but the apparent plan to get rid of all the local lads, could well come back and bite us on the 'proverbial'! (especially if they keep playing so well against us!!)

Didn't make the trip today ( 5 hours on a coach and freezing to death after the week I've had , no thanks ) but I support my club and my team , be they in SL in League 1 , no matter who is playing or coaching them

As always, I'm loathe to publicly criticise individuals. However, something definitely isn't working! Be that the coaching team, players, or the mix of both, I haven't a clue - but it needs to be put right quickly - or we'll struggle to keep up with Toronto, London, Toulouse, and Featherstone. And that puts us out of the top four!

What has that got to do with anything that is being discussed, do you read the daily mail?

Listened on the Radio and tbh the (Cumbria) commentators described it as one of Barrows best ever wins, so did they play fantastically well or was we as unenthused, unstructured and uninterested as against Toronto.
