I do not think Jake was enjoying his time at Leigh as much post Rowley and a compromise was agreed to the benefit of both parties.

I also believe that to be the case, I was told he nearly walked when PR left but he was on a good contract as a FT player so wouldn't have walked away unless a job was waiting with his chums, if we knew that fine but if it was to avoid a fee by deceit then ..... |

Always liked Jake, got on with his job, made yards, tackled well and probably could do a full 80 if needed.
This is all just odd but fits it with all the off-field antics that have surrounded the club this season.
