| i think the original blurb from the rl at the start of the season explained about possibility of either 3 or 4 home games in the revised end of year format it suggested clubs may give the 4th game free some seem to have done this some selling 4 for price of 3 some a price for 4 games our version just smacks of sharp practice

| It makes sense having the 1st game as all pay I reckon. Leigh fans are buzzing at the minute and hopes are high. 1st fixture after a break with 2 weeks to promote the hell out of it against a good team like Hull KR should be enough to get a great crowd on. Nice weather would help too!
Last home game will probably be in week 7. If we are pessimistic we could be out of the running by then. If we are optimistic we could be already promoted! Or maybe we'll be secure in the the million pound game by then. Could be a dead rubber and a lower crowd.
Makes more sense to 'cash in' on what will surely be a big opening game than gamble on our last game being massively important. It could be huge, or it could end up being a dead rubber against Sheffield and a poor crowd.

I find it very admirable that you accept that Leigh want to charge their loyal supporters for an extra game when all the other clubs who have 4 home games are allowing them in without extra charge.

| I don't see what the fuss is about. It was made clear at the start of the season the season ticket covered the 3 guaranteed Super 8 home games & if there was a 4th season ticket holders could get it at a pro rata rate, what's the fuss? They never actually said which game was to be the paid one. What's the alternative? Include all 4 & risk not finishing top 2 making your season ticket holders pay for a game which doesn't exist or letting people in for free & making a loss on one of your biggest games of the season?

| No moans from me. Less than 200 quid for 14 home games and reduced rate for the extra one. As mentioned above it was stated at purchase. Just curious AJ how much were Widnes season tickets.

Unless they are waiting to see which games will be most vital at that point in the season.

| HKR (H) - SKY
Salford (A)
Wakefield (H) - SKY
Sheffield (H)
Fax (A)
Bradford (H)
Widnes (A)
Interesting run of games.
3 SL teams in a row then 3 Championship sides in a row then Widnes to finish.
Bring it on!

I don't think they've announced the TV game for that weekend. Given the timing of the fixture, and the teams playing, I'd be frustrated if Leigh v Bradford wasn't televised.

As far as I can see they've only scheduled the first 4 games for TV:
Leigh v Hull KR 8rd Aug
Bradford v Wakefield 15th Aug
Leigh v Wakefield 22nd Aug
Halifax v Salford 3rd Sept
I suppose they will pick and choose the games after that depending on the league standings at that time.
