Just sent a tweet to Mark Taylor asking for clarification...

radio just corrected it and said barlow said something to match commisioner while he was waiting to come onto the field, match commisioner didnt like it and sent him off before he entered the field of play but sub still stood.

that's crackers...how can it be a sub if the sub hadn't been completed before the person was sent off? Surely if he wasn't on the pitch he wasn't on the pitch?
