Yes the delay caused by marwans prevarication is apparently causing problems with regards attracting other investment. I suppose the thinking is that he isthe first investor who has offered true hope of a new ground. Yes...it is conditional and it is dragging on...but he is a businessman so it comes with the territory that he would want a return on his investment.
We've survived 22 years like this and I'm happy to wait another few weeks.

Charlie won a couple of quid today on Marwans horse Brae Hill which won at 10-1 , it won the Doncaster Silver Cup , the first day of the proper flat season , may see him on Thursday at Aintree .
