| The OP needs to let Leigh know what went on so they can find out why the systems they had in place failed today (be it communication between Leigh and the LSV or the LSV and the Turnstile operators), we can't afford own goals being such a small club.
I'm sure the club would want it sorting so it doesn't happen again.

| i was turned away from the turnstile with my salford ticket after being assured in the week it would be ok to use WITHOUT exchange. only to join the queue to exchange it and be told by a member of staff walking down the line and shouting out everyone with a salford ticket can go straight to the turnstile without exchange. on second attempt of entry i spoke to the head steward who said we needed to swap them and asked me to point out the member of staff telling every one not to swap them. i was stood with him when he confronted ticket office staff and it was clearly obvious to me and the steward nobody from leigh had informed either stewards or turnstile operators people could use salford tickets to gain entry. at this point the steward apologised to me then got on his radio to inform all his staff to allow salford tickets through the turnstiles. so i'm sorry peawapp is quite right the blame lies with the club for poor comunication between matchday stewards and turnstile staff how can the club expect to be treated as a professional outfit if they cant get basic matchday comunication right

No disrespect to peawapp but good to hear of a similar episode from another source - my advice would be to contact the club so that they're aware of the situation and can hopefully make sure such communications are improved (especially as it seems it might happen again if people have bought for the re-arranged Salford game).

i would imagine that the conversation i witnessed between steward and ticket office would be ok but never the less i have voiced concerns. with hope that they use today as a excercise on what happens with poor comunication and move on and improve from it

| I was behind a avid fan who had rang up and been to the ticket office and been told that he could use his ticket at the turnstyles, however when he got there the girl on the turnstyle wouldnt let him in, even when a steward confirmed the ticket office had authorised they could use the Salford ticket, he had to go back and queue, this obviously was the reason the game was delayed, as I beleive there was a big queue at this point.

| Aha so Peawapp it appears was not alone in being treated like He was , more People have complained about yesterday's monumental cock up. the fact is I fear that we are sadly out of our depth, it seems to me that we must only post positive things on these pages for some People who see only blue skies, I've been in Town this morning and believe me I have heard more stories, I wont bother repeating them on here ,as the usual suspects will appear to slag me off. I have slept since yesterday and I am now over it but I promise you that I will not be caught again

| Communication with any WMBC employee I always find difficult, so I suppose LSV should be no different.
We must try and get LSV co to make it as easy as possible for fans to attend games - we need a pay turnstyle, we know it can be done so lets just get on with it. Every game we don't gives the excuse not to attend to some, but more importantly it allows them to moan about how hard it is to get access
What we must also do is commence seperate adults and concessions gates, the same scams were on show again yesterday - have the seperate gates and challenge people in the queue.
