Tonight went pretty much as many had predicted. Leigh gave it their best but for various reasons came up short. I think we would of won no matter which team you put out as we are starting to really hit our straps and getting better each game.

On a side note it was good to see you again charlie and thanks for the drink (rumour has it frank sent the money over for it, can you confirm this? ).

As an honorary Fevver, if you want to deputise a few Leythers for the weekend you are more than welcome to join us for a couple of sociable sherries at the end of the month in Blackpool

We were poor, ref was poor but hats off to Fev were superb tonight from defence to attack they outplayed us in every position, well drilled and well coached, they will take some stopping this season.

Well I tell you what, you can have him and we'll have Finn, pardon my French bit ridyard this year is a bag of shiiiiite, agree or disagree I don't care not only him but 3/4 of the team don't seam commited or interested, all that I want is a decent performance where no gob*hites blame the referee or a decision. Don't get me wrong the club has come along way since October but that sort of performance is not acceptable.... Rant over thank you and goodnight

we watched it in the miners (only finished work 7pm) and the amount of time they were allowed to hold us down and maul about in the tackle was unbelievable.we were never gonna win it with the problems with injuries but it just seemed we did anything and the whistle went.
everyone in our group was saying the same thing

I'm getting myself down to the Don Valley tomorrow. I fancy Sheffield and if I'm being honest I hope they win. Won't make the best atmos for a final but I'll live with that.

Got to disagree MB but the responsibility of the application of the rules tactics and game plan falls to the Coach mate so PR should coach them accordingly,not saying he is a bad coach but maybe a tad naive maybe ?

Its Fax for me RFF for a few reasons mate.

Ok the ref let Fev get away with lots holding down that could be penalised but he certainly evened it up in other areas so I dont think Leigh can have much of a complaint in that department. Just completely outplayed by the best team in the comp at the moment.
