for me, i think beswick should either be rested, or put at 13, i don't like him at 9, nor at six. i feel he breaks up the sort of partnership duffy and nico have, although he is a good ball playing forward. i'd go with:

Littler
Shaw
Ridyard
McNally
Parker
Nicholson
Hopkins
Taylor
Goulden
Beswick/Gallagher
Brierley
Duffy
Bibey
Ostick
Risky having two backs on the bench V fev, but i doubt taking them up the middle is a viable gameplan. Brierly an impact player for me, and would like to see Mcnally getting back to his natural halfback game before huddersfield tried to transform him into an FB. Russell has to start, great talent, and a specialist fullback. Hopeful of catching fev at the right time, but predict a bonus point.

I hope you are right , but i feel Fev will still be the team to beat this season , i do have faith in Leigh , but at best a small margin win for us is all i can see . |
