This is terribly sad time for Ian and his family. Having been through a similar situation I can deeply sympathise. It never goes away, and all one can do is to try and live with it as best you can. Keep his memory alive .

Just seen the sad news on the Castleford forum,left a condolence message,I think this has rocked the Rugby League community,and like someone said this puts things into perspective. Its a shame we can,t all send some kind of collective message of condolence to the family.

Leeanne asked me to put on here, that Rob (Robbie)had a massive heart attack(sudden adult death syndrome) yesterday morning and died later in the day.
She Requests that the family do not want any flowers, if anyone wishes, they can send a donation to the British Heart foundation.
Hope everyone respects their privacy and lets the family grieve in peace.
